BPA does not routinely manage enquiries by phone. We may call you if we need more information or if you indicate you require accessibility adjustments in the enquiry form.
How long will it take to hear from you?
Response times may vary. As outlined in our Terms of Service, BPA is not an emergency or crisis service.
Privacy Collection Notice
Belconnen Psychological Assessments PTY LTD (BPA) collects personal information, including sensitive and health information, where reasonably necessary to provide psychological assessment services and operate our practice.
We may collect information directly from you or, where appropriate, from other people involved in the assessment, such as a parent or guardian, referring practitioner, school, treating professional or other informant.
We collect this information to respond to enquiries, determine whether our service is appropriate, provide and coordinate psychological assessment services, communicate with relevant people involved in your care, manage appointments and billing, and meet our professional, legal and regulatory obligations.
You are not required to provide information to us; however, if we do not receive information that is reasonably necessary for an assessment or administrative purpose, we may be unable to accept a referral, complete an assessment or provide a particular service.
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary for these purposes, including to people or organisations involved in your assessment or care where you have consented or where otherwise authorised or required by law. We may also use trusted service providers that support the operation of our practice.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, including information about access and correction, privacy concerns or complaints, and any circumstances in which information may be handled by service providers outside Australia.
